The project included a 15-storey residential condominium building with
4 levels of underground parking. This project included excavation,
concrete formwork, all interior, electrical, and mechanical finishings.
The conventionally reinforced cast-in-place concrete building is clad
with a mixture of glass, brick, aluminum and granite. This building
includes building amenities such as office space, boardrooms, theatre
room, gym area, rooftop hot tub and BBQ space.
